Okay, so we do this live show every Tuesday night, and it lasts an hour. I paint an animal live, while a friend describes the animal with a biological narration.
The problem is, it's very stressful to knock out a speedpainting of an animal in an hour with a live audience!! So it has become tradition to unwind after the show with a '  arty'... playing crazy music and doing terrible crazy things to the art I just painted! People really seem to have a blast watching me wreck a piece of art with crazy stuff painted all over it, live.Here our placid okapi has become a raver, with glowsticks, glowstick horns, evil Sith eyes, goggles, body paint, candy, a disco ball on his tail, and he's being serenaded by psycho singing mushrooms and the laser bees are setting the forest on fire. Makes perfect sense to me. |

In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
