Imperial Smokey Quartz by Nambroth Imperial Smokey Quartz by Nambroth
A huge 66 carat faceted smokey quartz carefully wrapped in Argentium Sterling Silver.

I hand wrap these pieces with nothing more than my fingers and some tiny pliers. I purchase the stones already polished from rock and gem shows.

Thanks for looking. :)

[[ Since many ask-- yes, I do sell these on my personal site: [link] ]]

If I sent you a material sample in the future (free) would you be willing to make and exhibit it in a similar manner? (as opposed to chucking it or leaving it sit around as a pretty rock, etc)

Hi there! Possibly; it depends on the shape and size (and if I can ever afford more silver...). You're welcome to email me if you'd like! :)

It looks like an artifically iratiated smoky quartz, I use the natural for pain relief (read it in crystal healing books)

Oh, wow. I really love smokey quartz. It's good for depression and balancing your emotions.

And I always love the swirls! I want to try my hand at wire-wrapping.

Anything transparent.
I like the harder, crystaline look of quartz. Really, anything in the cool color range I like, or anything clear or black.
Those tend to go with the silver better.
