A delicate and pretty piece of moonstone wrapped by hand in .925 sterling silver. Moonstone is a glorious natural stone; it is an amazing form of feldspar that comes to life when the light catches it- then there is a flash of color (labradorescence) across the surface like the northern lights. It has a pale white to clear-ish base so the flash of color is more subtle, but very pretty.

It's been very hard for me to find nice moonstones at a large enough size to wire-wrap, so this is my only moonstone for now.

I hand-wrap these stones with solid sterling silver wire with no soldering or casting, so they are not perfect, but are one of a kind. If you have questions I've explained a bit better here: [link]
