nyctosaurus bonneri, a member of the pterodactyloid family. This was my first reconstruction of an extinct animal, and I did a good bit of research to try to get them as accurate as possible based on fossil records, but my resources are pretty limited so I apologize for any inaccuracies.

Pterosaurs have been a lifelong fascination of mine, and I'm excited to finally do some artwork of them.

Beautiful.. I love pterosaurs too. And other dinosaurs. :D I really love that sea of clouds.. And the lighting and all. Nice.

Life is like Tetris... you aren't always given the pieces that fit nicely, but if you don't make do with what you get the screen fills up and you get a game over.. or something like that.

A very fitting title. Its depth makes such a great sense of the exspanse within the clouds. The colours, they're so incredibly brillant & realistic. =) But the pterosaurs are my definate favourite. They almost feel playful.
