This is a macro shot of a particular ghost shrimp I had, named TRIBALSHRIMP. He was muh one inch buddy.

i had some shrimp.... i think my betta ate them because they are NOWHERE to be found.....

Ooh! Ghost shrimp! What size tank do you have them in?

And nice shot BTW. The moss looks GREAT here, and those markings on its shell.... is awesome....

Oh goodness, poor old tribal shrimp. He died some years ago at the ripe old age of 2. I have cherry shrimp now, in a 55 gallon corner bowfront.

Aww! Poor tribal shrimp indeed! When i had my shrimp.... they were all eaten like the shrimp they are!

Cherries i heard, are nice! Did they breed for you?

Awesome pic! I cant get a good shot of mine. Well I bought six of the little guys for my ropefish to eat, but they aren't eating them. So Lately I noticed tennie tiny shrimp swimming about, and now I have two more shrimp carrying eggs... they are taking over! lol

awesome shot! I got some for my rope fish to eat but shes depressed right now and not eating, so I started off with 6 of them in my tank. Well the last few days I happened to notice little tiny tiny shrimp swimming around and two more of my ghost shrimp have eggs... they are taking over! lol

love ghost shrimp. they are very cute. i had one for awhile..but for some reason it kept jumping out of the tank *shrugs*

And although I have no idea about ghost shrimp I think mabey it might have gotten its color from eating the algae if thats what they eat :confused:

I used to have ghost shrimp. They are so cool. How did you get a photo of it though? Did you just tak through the glass?

::points and squees:: GHOST SHRIMP! they are SO cool. ::jealous of the pretty algae:: I only get grose algae. ::looks at her desktop tank and smiles at her ghost shrimp. any idea why some of them sometimes get those bright colors? is it a breeding thing maybe?
