Painted in Corel Painter X, Oil pastel and real bristle brushes, one layer.
Edit: Some are surprised by the use of only one layer-- I want to mention that I paint on the computer almost exactly how I paint on a physical canvas. The only time I really use more than one layer is when I am doing work for clients (commissions) and might need to make revisions.
I usually use only one layer otherwise, and just paint.
